This includes books, publications, training, courses, programs and other resources and digital media assets as seen fit. In order to ensure the ongoing integrity of our organization for our members, we maintain a strict no-referral fee policy. This means that every product displayed on our platform is selected based on merit only and assessed against quality guidelines. We take no fees from the sale of the product. However, there is the non-obligatory option to offer discounted product costs to our membership community, in order to further the value we can provide to our members.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

We do not offer refunds on our products. However we strive to provide the best experience to our members and consumer community. Therefore, if a product does not meet your expectations, please contact our member services team at we@theg195.com so that we can work with you to create a suitable solution. If you purchased the product from a third-party through our partners page, please contact them directly with your inquiry.
